We are looking for outgoing, friendly individuals who have a passion for wine and enjoy engaging with people. If you love making new connections, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. No prior wine knowledge or experience is necessary. We will provide comprehensive training and guidance to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your role.

Work Hours and Schedule

The work hours for this position are flexible. You can choose between two schedules:

11:30 AM to 5:00 PM
1:00 PM to 6:30 PM

We require at least one weekend day of availability or both Saturday and Sunday. Having a flexible schedule is key to ensuring we can provide the best experience for our guests.

Job Duties

As a member of our team, you will have various responsibilities, including:

Preparing the winery for opening or closing operations.
Greeting guests promptly to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Conducting guided tastings to share our wine selections.
Pouring glasses of wine with care and attention to detail.
Using the point-of-sale system for transactions.
Restocking products to keep the tasting area fully stocked.
Lightly washing barware as needed for cleanliness.
Maintaining the readiness of the tasting counter.
Updating the "To Do List/We Need List" for the owners to ensure smooth operations.
